Our executive team ensures that our business develops in line with the needs of the marketplace and the ambitions of our clients. Its members share ownership of Careline and have worked as a close-knit decision making team for more than 5 years.

Our client management teams combine specialists in account management, business development and operations. Each member has spent at least 10 years in the industry, refining the skills they need to design, implement and maintain solutions that deliver value from day one and evolve as your requirements change.

Our core competency teams include specialists in technology, recruitment, quality, customer satisfaction measurement, training and project management, plus a dedicated process improvement function through which we share best practice across the company.

Our team managers and agents are an extension of your organisation, delivering seamless brand representation as well as exceptional service and business outcomes. They’re highly trained in service and sales and carefully coached to project your brand values. If asked, they would say they work for you first, and us second. We think that’s how it should be.
