As a growing company in a fast moving industry we recruit regularly for staff at all levels. We’re particularly interested in speaking with team managers, operational and account managers with strong and proven skills.

Agents

We’re looking for individuals with a professional, dynamic approach to customer service plus an appetite to be better and achieve more. You’ll need to be confident working in sales and/or service environments and used to operating across multiple channels including phone, internet and SMS. And we’re looking for individuals who can listen as well as talk – who can take intelligence from every customer conversation and feed it back to drive better service and insights for our clients.

Whether you have previous contact centre experience or not is less important than your aptitude and enthusiasm. Our recruitment assessment centre will test your ability to communicate, empathise, problem solve and assume responsibility for the service you deliver and the sales you make. We do that because we only want to employ people who care as much about our clients and their customers as we do.

Team Managers

You’ll already have experience as an agent and leader within a sales or service environment. Working as part of our operations team, you’ll be responsible for managing the performance of a group of agents working across multiple channels. It’ll be your job to make sure your team understands it’s client’s commercial objectives and works hard to meet the key performance indicators and quality measures those objectives dictate. You’ll have a keen appreciation of the value of the client’s brand and of the need to instill that brand in your team’s behaviour and their conversations with customers. You’ll set a strong example for your people by being passionate, innovative, energetic and focused on results. Previous contact centre experience is preferred but not absolutely essential, providing you have proven team management skills.

Operations managers/account managers

We’re looking for senior heavy hitters with at least 5 to 10 years’ experience in account management and operations to lead significant client projects. Your primary task will be to deliver the day-to-day operation for one or more clients, managing delivery teams to agreed service levels and ensuring key performance indicators are met. Beyond that, you’ll have an eye to the future and be constantly on the lookout for ways to improve the contribution we make to our clients’ business success.
